Led by Grace Nelson, a self-taught and French-trained pastry chef from the Institut Culinaire de France, Bordeaux with a proven background managing international programs that generated significant revenue for global companies, and Dwain Nelson, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, professional coach/consultant with a record of success serving high-end clients.
